Property in New Zealand?
Still a dream or becoming reality?
Let me tell you something about myself:
I
- was born and raised in Germany and I spend most of my life overthere.
- lived in big cities, in a small village and in towns of different sizes and regions.
- have lived in big and small apartment-blocks, single houses and also spend my time in small and big houses in rural settings.
- have renovated houses, decorated apartments ... and much more.
Since 1994 I live in New Zealand, mainly to raise our daughter in a wonderful, peaceful and pleasant environment.
Even here, I was engaged in the buying and selling of houses and properties, so I have a "first-hand" experience in dealing with property.
As all over the world, buying a property is a matter of trust.
As buyer and seller of properties, I was in contact with plenty of real estate agents. I have learned that with properties it is the same as with other things in life; honesty and trust are most important.
In the Christchurch region alone, more then a thousand real estate salespersons compete with each other. Many of them are under pressure to achieve a sale, even if the object is not the right one for the buyer.
99% of my colleagues need the income to make a living from it; for 1% it's fun.
This is not my way. With me, it's different - 99% it's fun, the rest - ... well.
My aim is to achieve the results my clients' are looking for. I appreciate the need to listen to clearly understand the clients' wants, expectations and goals. I would like to bring to you the maximum in trust and honesty, which in my opinion is extremely important in property dealings.
In comparison to others, I don't have to rely on talking you into having something.
Test me.
I will find what you are looking for.
